You can be well informed and educated on health. You can know what you "should" be doing, but if you haven't trained yourself to do what I teach in this video, it's hard to make it stick.

We have been socialized to habitually ignore the messages our bodies are sending. We've been rewarded for being tough, doing it all, and being seemingly unstoppable. These rewards come at a cost to our health and long-term performance.
